Deakinlock win award for Notcutt's Garden Centre frontage. Part of the Suffolk Coastal Quality Place Awards, the judges said that it contributes much to the entrance to Woodbridge, and in recognition of this decided to award it a special commendation. The layout and planting was designed by Deakinlock including the management of the installation of the scheme. 

The planting has matured well and provides a different approach to public space planting moving away from the normal evergeen shrubs introducing more grasses and perennials to give a greater seasonal interest. Working closely with Charles Notcutt the trees were carefully selected to compliment the overal site and position within Woodbridge. 

Deakinlock also designed the landscaping for the Former Beaumont Chapel, Woodbridge which was the winner in the Building Conservation catagory.
