Third Phase: Construction

• During the build process we can undertake a full inspection service where we will make a series of regular site visits to inspect the implementation of the work, for which we have designed and specified. This affords the opportunity to liaise with the contractor to ensure that the scheme progresses smoothly. More importantly, this allows you to discuss any changes or concerns that may arise during construction, which, can then be implemented without affecting the integrity of the scheme. Alternatively we can take a more advisory approach, where there is an existing, effective on-site team.
