Second Phase: Detailed Proposals

• Detail Plan:

  Once the concept has been developed to an agreed scheme we then prepare a detailed ‘Master Plan’ which provides sufficient detail for potential contractors to work from. This plan will enable us to secure budget construction costs.



• Tender Documentation:

  At this stage, we prepare a set of construction details relating to the master plan, together with a specification document for the contractors selected to quote against. We will also help you select a contractor that we then work with, to ensure that the realisation of your garden follows the concept and spirit of the design.



• Planting Plans:

  We prepare detailed planting schemes based upon the layout of the ‘Master Plan’. The planting design is influenced by the site topography, aspect, soil and client brief and is designed to enhance the concept.
